Create – Divine Body Care Foundation

Between the 1980’s & 2000 Dosthora had 2 non-profit medical charities, one in Sri Lanka & one in USA. Dosthora has his medical practice in Columbo, & he also had a practice in Los Angeles.

We intend to reenact ‘The Deha Dhamma – Divine Body Care’ Incorporation & Non-profit Religious Corporation in 2010 year, by the Parliament of the Democratic Social Republic of Sri Lanka.

The 2010 Act to incorporate:

King Ravana’s Deha Dhamma (Divine Body Care), & Buddha’s Medicines.

The General Objects:

(a) To promote the protection, care, treatment, education, and rehabilitation, of physical & mentally retarded human beings by the establishment of the Deha Dhamma (Divine Body Care) Centres in Sri Lanka;

(b) To restore King Ravana’s golden age by practicing his methods of sufficiency in health, wealth, food, clothing, and of non-violent harmonious living in Sri Lanka;

(c) To teach the living principles of Buddhism through Deha Dhamma for the benefit of the public;

(d) To initiate, promote and conduct research into the efficacy of King Ravana’s herbal remedies;

(e) To conduct lectures, seminars, other educational programs, multi-media and to publish information and educational material with a view to promoting of Deha Dhamma (Divine Body Care);

(f) To utilize and harness nature and natural resources for developing the culture, education and the health of mankind;

(g) To encourage the members of the public to grow medical plants for sale and export.

Dosthora will set the Schedule Names & Members for the new Foundation.

First Funds Needed:

- Get Directors in place, set meetings, 
  accountant   & lawyers, & open books.

- Get bank account(s). Set-up Columbo House   
  office, internet & secretary. 

- Get Copyright ownership for Dosthora’s Sri Lanka 
  Herb Science palm (Ola) scrolls.

Help & Partnership – Divine Body Care Foundation

We are requiring experts:

-- Cannabis & Herbal plant botanist, cultivators, growers 
   & workers.

-- Cannabis Legal Policy knowledge & Government public   
   relations.

-- Investors that see the benefit & marketability 
   in Sri Lanka medicines.

-- Research labs, medical doctors, compassion clubs, 
   students   & patients.

-- Herbal companies or Pharmacy who want to 
   license medical formulas.

We are actively looking for expert herbal gardeners, workers & students to join, work & help us with our present 20ac medical herbal farm.

-- 20ac Rural Land - 2,000 sq ft main house 
   @ electric & water & wells.

-- 1 worker’s house – old animal building, 
    and temple mediation hut.

-- 2 wells, & 3rd deep well & large 
   water tower to irrigate the property.

-- Buddha’s monuments, with a large stone 
   stairway up the hillside.

-- 5ac. Government storage pond at 
   front of the property – 2,000 ft frontage.   
-- Land has large flat areas from pond 
   & land with hills & views.

-- Land is 2 hr. from airport 
   or 2 ½ hr. from Columbo.

First (A) F/House Investment Needed:

- Retro-fit existing farm house (2,000 sq. ft.) – 
  add a  2^nd fl. - 2 guest rooms.

- 1 Building for making & storing 
  the herbal medicines

- 1 Building for meeting place, study 
  & housing ancient Ola medical scrolls.

- 3 separate buildings - for monk students, 
  workers & western students.

- 2 vehicles: a payload work transporter 
  & a cargo van for workers & guest.

 

Present Columbo House

-- 2 story house - large front room & 2 bdrm, 
   bath, 2 room kitchen, laundry.

-- 2 rooms on 1^st floor, one for making 
   dry herbal recipes & storing herbs.

-- 2^nd floor has large teaching area, plus 
   4 healing treatment rooms & 2 baths.

-- 2^nd floor has a kitchen for cooking 
   & preparing herbal medicine Recipes.

-- House is in good area Columbo, in Rayagiriya, 
   just minutes from the ocean.

First (B) C/House Investment Needed:

- Retro-fit existing Columbo house 
  & office (2,500 sq. ft.) – with 2 floors

- To remodel & re-open the office, 
  teaching space & treatment rooms.  

- The office will also showcase/market 
  the herbal medicines to westerners

- For international patients, 
  guest, medical interests & investors. 

Develop - Medical Farm & Research/Spa Centre

Second Fund-Investment Needed:

- Develop 20ac property; grow, irrigate, 
  finish building & housing start-up.

- Hire workers/growers, collectors 
  & managers - train students & teachers.

- Create international school & research centre - 
  Teaching herbal medicines.

- Fund Project – To teach & house 
  Buddhist monks to relearn medicines.

Third Fund-Investment Proposal:

- Create world class Spa Healing Retreat 
  for international patients & guest.

- Present herbal farm has over 
  3,000 healing plants, trees, fruits & foods.

- 20 ac. property has large lily pond, fields, 
  jungle & hilly elevations.

- The land in a pristine area of the country.

Teach - Herbal Medicines to New Students

Present farm property & Columbo house provide immediate places to teach. 2 Locations immediately ready to make & teach students herbal medicines. 2 places to host international researchers & doctors. It will take western interest & financing to allow our foundation to grow internationally.

Market - License/Sell Herbal Medicines

Sri Lanka’s 5,000 year herbal science is valuable & marketable - 98 year old master herbalist Dosthora is an important teacher & marketable -  The 5,000 Cannabis medicine remedies are very marketable to the west - 2,000 year old preserved Ola scrolls of all the diseases of mankind (80,064) are very valuable & marketable.  We feel that Sri Lanka & Dosthora has important herbal wisdom to invest into & market the world - We will license herbal recipes to investors/companies, doctors & researchers, by license agreements & contracts. 

We hope to work with investment & herbal healers in the world who will honor this medical system of herbal medicine. Sri Lanka 's Deha Dhamma, ancient herbal science.
